Kinetic Health® (and their imprints:  Release Your Body, Ask Dr. Abelson, and Edgemont Chiropractic)  hereafter referred to as Kinetic Health are family-run businesses that believe in treating their customers like family. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and security when you access Kinetic Health owned and operated Web sites.

We believe you have the right to know everything regarding the information we collect about you as you use Kinetic Health owned and operated Web sites; how this information benefits you and how you can say “no” to the use of any of this information.

Kinetic Health sites sometimes offer contest, sweepstakes, or promotions sponsored or co-sponsored by third parties. These third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily submit to participate in the contest, sweepstakes or promotion. Kinetic Health has no control over the third party sponsor’s use of this information.

Your use of the Kinetic Health site and/or your registration for Kinetic Health sites, products, and services constitute your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy .  

 

If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Kinetic Health sites . Kinetic Health may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When it does, Kinetic Health will also revise the “last update” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

In certain circumstances, Kinetic Health may need to provide customer information in connection with an investigation of a breach of an agreement, contravention of laws, an emergency where the life, health or security of an individual is threatened, the collection of a debt or in compliance with the request of a law enforcement agency or a court order.

A customer may withdraw his or her consent for collection, use and disclosure at any time by sending an email to  consentforuse@releaseyourbody.com with the Subject field containing the text ” unsubscribe“. Please note that, if you do, Kinetic Health may suspend its provision of products and services to you.

When you unsubscribe, if you fall within the guarantee period for any Kinetic Health product and you request a refund, then that guarantee will be honored.

Kinetic Health collects, at the time of your registration and your sign-on to its web site, certain “personal information” (information that personally identifies you) including but not limited to your name, email address, home or work address, telephone number, and information about your computer hardware and software ( e.g. , IP address, operating system, browser type, domain name, URL, access times, and referring web site addresses). 

 

Kinetic Health has implemented this Privacy Policy to protect personal information received from its customers, and to respond to any inquiries.  The Privacy Policy also provides that Kinetic Health will use appropriate contractual means to establish a comparable level of protection for personal information which is sent for processing by third parties on Kinetic Health’s behalf.

If we hire other companies to provide some products or services on our behalf, then we will only provide those companies the personal information they need for the Identified Purposes, and we will limit their rights to use and further disclose your personal information as appropriate in the course of their work for us.

Customers have the right to request that inaccurate or incomplete information be amended as appropriate, by contacting Kinetic Health as described above. Kinetic Health will promptly correct such personal information.

Responsibility for what is posted in the discussion groups or other public forums lies with each user–you alone are responsible for the content of your messages, and the consequences of any such messages.
